Add an emotion

You can add different kinds of emotions to various sentences of your script.

Simply select a voice style that supports custom emotions. You can see that via these green tags:

Once a voice is selected, to add emotion, navigate to the script menu and select the part of your script where you want to adjust the emotion. Note that emotions only work for sentences, so selecting a few words will not work for applying emotions.

Afterwards, click on Add emotion:

After the emotion has been chosen, an SSML script will wrap your selected sentence:

Delete an emotion

If you'd like to set the script's emotion back to normal, simply delete the SSML text.
